FITNESS CLASS/STUDIO POLICY

All classes are offered free of charge to resort guests and to those leasing from La Quinta Leasing. Call 760 777-6755 for more information. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early with proof of guest status to ensure our 45 minute classes (Monday Express classes are 20 min) start on time. Maximum capacity for studio 1 is 12 (10 for Soothing Sounds) and for studio 2, 18. We do not take reservations for classes. When at capacity there will be a sign posted on the door. Class schedules and instructors are subject to change. Personal training and private classes are available, to include mats ($10/day) and yoga blocks ($5/day). See the Recreation Desk for rental of all equipment. All studio equipment remains in the studios. Guests under age 16 are not permitted in the fitness center nor in classes.

RESERVATIONS

Guests may play until 9:00PM with advance reservation made before closing (3:00PM).

Court, paddle, and racquet fees apply at all times.

Bike rentals are available during shop hours only.

The fitness center remains open 24 hours.
